OLD NAVY Striped Halter Dress in Medium (NWOT)

Brand new, never worn, 10/10 condition. Colour is in navy. Measured 16 inches at the waist last flat. Side zipper. Material is stretchy so has extra room. Cannot find the material tag but it’s like a combination of cotton, polyester and rayon. Hits at knee (I am 5’6).
