Beautiful lightweight dress with tropical vibes to it. I'm 5'2 and it sits just below the knee. No stretch to the material. Elastic band around the waist. The back has buttons and is slightly longer than the front. Size 40. pit to pit: 18" length: 35" waist: 14"
