O’Neill - floral crochet tank mini dress

EUC USL- best guess. Mannequin is 36B/C bust with a 26” waist - so a solid US8 or Medium Red clay Deep v neck front and back. Empire waist with adjustable tie. Flared skirt with crochet trim. I always wore this as a tunic mostly with turn up crop jeans. No care label sorry almost certain it’s 100% viscose. Z0903
