OPY - Vintage Antique Coin Lighter

This collectible lighter is a decorator item as it has no fuel in it and therefore, I cannot tell you if it would function or not. One coin reads "Republic Argentina 1892" On the other coin, I can only make out :1883", with my no-so-perfect eyesight. Measures 1.75" in diameter
