Bought in Italy - Puffetta is the Italian name for Smurfette. Excellent condition. Only used a few time. One size fits all but fits a 1-3 year old best. One of the buttons on the scarf has chipped (see picture). There is a pocket on each end of the scarf. Embroidered accents. Smoke and pet free home.
