simplycecil Would this fit 38” low hips? On their website it says 36 1/4”, but curious where the measurement was made and if the skirt is cut to be snug or looser around the low hip? What a beautiful set!

newlove_threads @simplycecil hey! So my measurements listed are based on each item laying flat. That way you can have an accurate idea of each measurement point. The skirt is a high waist, shaped wider at the hips if that helps.
