Oak + Fort Pleated Skirt

NWOT - Long maxi pleated skirt. It is black and lined half way but it is not see through. Side zipper and back is elasticized. It’s tagged medium but the waist is only around 13.25”. No stretch. Length is 33” it is a maxi to me standing at 5’4.5”
