What is the fabric composition? And what is the waist width when fully stretched, as well as the hip width (unstretched)?

@vipercy the composition of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The entire back waist band is elasticized (I will upload a photo) so it can comfortable stretch to be 20” when flat (so 40” waist). Lastly, the hips measure 21” flat, but the pants also have a lot of stretch to them!
