Oak+Fort elegant peekaboo back cape-y dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @looksconceptual. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Elegant drapery dress with open back dress. There is one very tiny snag near the side seam as pictured but not at all noticeable when wearing it. Questions? Leave a comment below!
