Obey Tunic Dress/Top

Cool dress by Obey. Also works great as a tunic top with leggings since it is pretty short. Stonewashed rust colour. Unique neckline with t-strap in back. I always layered it with a black tee and it was so cute! Could also be cool as a bathingsuit cover up. When worn it hangs nicely. Drop waist. Little stretch. Size medium, but fits over my hips and I am a size large on the bottom. 100% cotton
