Oblique petite size 8 sheer sleeve blazer like top, cardigan

This top has been one of my favorites for years! decorative front button, and an inside button to keep the V shape. very light weight. looks great with pants or skirt. the collar is like a silky material but it's polyester, I think. I always washed it cold and hung dry, unfortunately the materials tag is totally blank so I have no idea what it's made from exactly. polyester is my best guess. in the front it has a decorative twirl in the fabric. Sleeves are see through with a poofy like wrist but not excessive, very subtle. The cuffs match the neck line fabric and are held together with a button. This is a size 8. fits very true. There are shoulder pads, easily removed with a seam ripper if desired. I wore it in formal office environments, kept the pads for the look. will need a pressing. it's been boxed for a while. very nice formal office piece.
