Obscur International vintage sweater

Obscur International Blue long sleeves sweater Knitted cowl with a brooch Knitting details at the ends of the sleeves Tag was taken off so I don’t know the material. Probably polyester. No wool for sure. I never buy clothes with wool. Machine washable. Vintage from the ‘90 Pit to pit 13”, stretchy Tag says size L but fit like a S. Please check the measurements. Excellent condition
