Made by Ash from Manitoba. A gorgeous piece with lots of handmade love. The waistband is completely elastic. A mini skirt (too short for me and if you've got a lot of booty it'll be pretty short), meant to fit low rise. the sizing is One Size, but the smallest the waist goes is 12" flat measure, and I would say up to 15.5' flat measure comfortably.
