Vintage porcelain figurines of a fancy Marie Antoinette-type shoe with a fabric insert acting as a pin cushion.
Great for "Made in Occupied Japan" collectors or to simply add to your decor.
Please note that some of the porcelain "lace" around the shoe is missing some little bits, but I find it is still so pretty and only attests to its history of use.
These Measure Approx 3" wide by 1" tall.
"Occupied Japan" refers to the Allied occupation of Japan following World War II, from 1945 to 1952. During this period, the Allied forces oversaw the rehabilitation of Japan, implementing various military, political, economic, and social reforms."
