Odd White Shirt Size Small with fancy / shiny layer attached on the inside

I cannot remember what/when I ordered this odd shirt, made in China. It has sort of cap sleeves and cutout pieces with a shiny and glossy silver layer sewed on the inside with space between the cut-out parts (see photos). What does not work for some does work for others! Item will be ironed before being sent by mail!
