From Anthropologie Sleeveless top with rounded neck Colours: black, gray/beige, green on the ruffles Has snaps on the inside part of straps to prevent them from falling down (see last pic for example of a bra strap in it). I don't know if it came like this or altered after purchase. Measurements lying flat: Armpit to armpit - approx 17 1/2 inches Armpit to bottom - approx 14 1/4 inches
