Off Shoulder Blue-Stripped Top

Off the shoulder blue-stripped top from Urban Outfitters! Perfect for summer!! Elastic band that goes all around the top which it makes it flattering on small chested or bigger chested woman. I bought it a few years ago but it is in great condition — no holes or tears. I will steam it before I send it off 😊
