Off shoulder designer White Blouse

Beautiful off the shoulder blouse. Tags removed but never worn. Neck line has an anti slip band to keep neck line in place. Fabric has a lot of stretch in body of blouse measures 14” from arm pit to hem and about 15 “ across but has alot of stretch. Is meant to be somewhat fitted.
