💰Off the Shoulder Blue Plus Size Top 3X

This pretty light blue tall has an elasticize neckline on the back and is meant to be worn off the shoulders. Each Sleeve has a tie at the wrist. The label has been cut out, but there is a small tag with the number 32. Not sure if that’s a size, so please see photos for measurements. Based on measurements, I estimate this to be a size 3X again please see photos for measurements.
