Off the Shoulder - Flared Sleeves Blouse

I bought this blouse last year back in Brazil. The original price is R$213 but my currency is not worth anything so the original price would be around 50 bucks. - Deep cut blouse, black with white stripes; sleeves start flaring around the elbows. Tight at the right places and very flattering! Worn very few times and in very good condition.
