Off the Shoulder Smocked Top

- Burgundy/berry red top sized small, smocked with lettuce edges - it's actually a swim top but I've worn it as just a crop top (nylon/spandex swim material) - double lining just in the front bra area with light padding and elastic at bottom - elastic across the top of shirt so very stretchy
