Off the shoulder floral top

This is a beautiful summer top that would transition nicely into Fall with a pair of capris. Mustard colour with teal and fuschia flowers. It has an elasticized neckline that allows it to be worn on or off the shoulder. It can also be reversed if you would prefer the tie in the front. This was worn only one time. Size small.
