Off the shoulder puff sleeve blouse. New with tags

WHITE off the shoulder (or on) puffed sleeve blouse. Never worn, still with tags. Cute for summer. Cotton, and lined, but still very light and breezy in the heat. Love it, doesn’t fit me right (devastated). Hoping someone will love it and give it a good home. Open to offers
