No rips or tears. Never worn. Smoke-free home but we do have a dog. Again this was never worn so shouldn’t be an issue.

@mode_verite hi there, the sizes noted are Italian. Through googling the conversion it says the pants are 38=4-6US, the jacket is 40=6-8US.
The fabric is 100%Cupro, lining is 100%polyester.
