Off white zara sweatpants

So I bought these in October in a big Zara sweat pants haul and when I first tried them on they fit like a charm. I washed them after I tried them on because of covid and right after that they shrunk and I have not not worn them since. They would fit anyone who has shorter and skinnier legs.
