This comic: Official Handbook of Marvel Universe Update '89 #4 Human Torch to Mandarin (Marvel Comics, Oct. 1989). It is in great condition with some wear on it including some wear and dings along the spine and minor spine rolling. If I had to guess I would say the comic is in VF- (7.5) to VF (8.0) condition. This comic is in a new comic bag with a protective backing as well. Pictures are scans of the front, back and spine of it. It is sold as is.
