Off-the-shoulder mini dress

Beautiful white and blue floral mini dress, off-the-shoulder with 3/4 length sleeves with flare-style detail. Cinched waist with gold-trimmed tie belt. Never worn, new with tags. Does have a very small smudge on the skirt, have not attempted to clean it. Size large, easily fits a medium with room. Super flattering, great for a date night, baby or wedding shower!
