Materials: porcelain, ceramic Beautiful vintage 2 tier cake stand. Old Foley James Kent LTD. Staffordshire made in England bird and flower pattern. Vintage item from 1950's There is a small chip in the porcelain but it is barely visible. The porcelain is also slightly stained but this is not very apparent due to the pattern.
