Old Navy Chambray Off-Shoulder Puff Sleeved Dress

Puff sleeved dress that can be worn on shoulder or off. Features a stylish adjustable tie-back detail. Small area of lighter discoloration on front side of dress as seen in pics, not very noticeable. the first time I saw it was when I took the photos.
