Elastic smocking at back for give in the bodice. Bodice is more fitted and then more relaxed through the skirt part. Size XXL. Approx from flat: 23.5” pit to pit unstretched 21.5” across waist seam unstretched 39” length top of strap to bottom Straps were sewn in place to make them stay put. The approx length of strap measured curved around the shoulder is 14.5”.
