Old Navy Rosey Mauve Cargos with Elastic Waistband

These pants are light and fantastic! BUT they are listed as an XL but should be a 1-2X I think. Meaurements - waist stretches to 24" (max) with ties. Inseam 30" and hips are 24" not stretchy. Should be flowy but not fally downy! I washed and wore once hoping but just ended up not working out for me.
