A poly cotton blend with some spandex. A nice thickness (good quality) of material. When laid flat the elastic waist measure 15 inches across (has an or two more stretch). The hips 18 inches and the total length is 19 inches. A cute skirt that would look great with many things. It is a true red with a navy stripe.
