Old Navy Striped Fit and Flare A-Line Dress Size XS

Black and white striped v-neck fit and flare A-line dress. Has 3/4 sleeves and a lot of stretch due to being a cotton spandex blend. See photos for measurements. Reasonable offers considered. Note: There are 2 small flaws on the back of the dress where there are flecks of white in one of the black stripes (see last 2 photos).
