Old Navy Water-Resistant Long Duvet Puffer Coat

Worn for one season, excellent condition but there is a line around each pocket and underside of sleeves (pictured) - this isn’t a stain, I think it’s bleeding from the pockets? There were no spills or wear and tear and coat was washed and put away last winter after final wear. Silver Sage colour. This is a PETITE Large, only purchased because Regular Large was sold out - fits very similar, just with a slightly shorter sleeve and length.
