This is another item from my Grandmothers closet. I haven’t found any stains, snags, holes or marks. Has adjustable and movable straps. Zips at the side and has a smocked elastic back. Beautiful navy embroidery on the hem. Washed in Nellie’s, no fabric softener. Hung to dry. Fragrance free, non smoking home. Non-shedding wheaten terrier home, but she doesn’t care about clothes, only treats
