valmm3 @vanessa_tracey hi Vanessa the measurements from pit to pit is 16 inches. It's not extra small. So it may be to big for someone who wears a size 0. Hope that helps.

valmm3 @vanessa_tracey im looking at your pic and I'm almost certain it will fit you. I wear a size medium normally and it fits me and I'm able to button it up as well. Plus it has a lot of stretch. But no pressure 😅I understand.
