Old Navy ladies size medium: BNWOT

Dress it up or dress it down beautiful brand new, but the tags are missing chambray quilted jacket. Pictures include sleeves waist, neck, pockets and armpit so you can see this jacket has never been worn (only tried on). Unfortunately I have outerwear collection, and this jacket got lost in all of that and no longer fits.
