Old Navy leggings sparkly

Bought these dark grey, sparkly Old Navy leggings ages ago and they never fit me very well so I rarely wore them. Size M. Stretchy. Center seam line down the front and back of leg for aesthetic. Thick elastic waistband. For reference, my waist is about 27" and this is where it was too big for me, but my hips are about 39" and they fit great everywhere else. I'm about 5'9" and they were just about ankle length for me. Excellent condition, like new.
