Old Reading Glasses and Case

A pair of vintage reading glasses of unknown prescription, the lenses need to be replaced though because they have markings on them [see pics]. The frame is a brown metal with orange-brown ear rests. The case [probably not original] is a leather or pleather and will be used just to prevent further damage.
