Old navy skirt

Cute and comfy brown skirt. The top of the skirt may be rolled up or down depending on the look you like. Length of skirt is 21 inches from the top to bottom Tag says xtra small but the skirt is stretchy and I would say could fit a small/medium Skirt was never worn!
