Loved my Barbie's & paper dolls growing up & they could never have enough clothes lol My Dad had a great job with NASA in Huntsville AL , where I grew up, but my parents were frugal and saved their $ for our college. Thus I learned early on how to make tons of homemade paper and cloth clothing for my dolls 💜😊🌻

UGA Bulldawg. Love bright colors & it’s what I wear everyday. Few tips for you. Consider joining a Facebook Poshmark group like BEST POSHMARK TIPS & ADVICE. Ideas & how to’s. Also consider a Follow Game like @minedthemanor has in her Closet - your follower numbers will soar, but be ready for the extra sales & work. Patti

I have ordered tons in the past because I would go to my happy place of online shopping on the "Chico's" site & will eventually sell some of it on posh. I was a personal shopper for a gazillion years & ❤️😘 doing so while raising my family! Would take me on many adventures finding new/used wardrobes for a diverse clientele. Lots of fun!

The only "green flash" I've witnessed was when I was actually in a tornado back in the 80's in Huntsville AL and it was phenomenally scary, did horrendous destruction and surreal - with definite green lights! I felt like I was in the Wizard of OZ for sure. 💨💥⚡️⛈🙀

tibird @galfromthesouth I cannot imagine how terrifying that was. There is no way to prepare for a tornado, and the destruction horrific. Since moving to Florida, I have experienced hurricanes. Although we get warned in time to prepare, the wait and uncertainty of the direct hit is awful. The actual is terrifying and the aftermath destruction is unbelievable. I have witnessed the “green flash” twice watching the sunset on Captiva Island. It is amazing:)

galfromthesouth @loulu56 😍 My mom, who is 94, recently found my paper dolls in boxes, she has stored all of 50 + years 😳😃 and they had soooo many cut-out pics from the Sears catalogs....& Betsy McCall cut-outs!! Sears & J.C Penneys were our go to stores growing up! Can you believe all the paper doll stuff she found was still in working/good condition??!!! Probably more so than me at this point in time 😂😂😂

galfromthesouth @pittypatsporch1 My grandparents lived in Venice many years during their retirement & would collect sharks teeth found on the shores there, making beautiful artistic items as a hobby/not for re-sale, but purely for pleasure, as internet did not even yet exist. I have a majestic large wall hanging eagle my grandpa designed/crafted with wings spread out, entirely made with sharks teeth of all sizes & with an eye made from a seashell which replicated to the tee!

Florida is growing sooo fast with Yankees leaving crazy states like NY and NJ & settling here. Not unusual to see CA & OR cars here. You prob would not recognize Venice.
