One Teaspoon high waisted Bandit jean shorts

GUC, worn max 5x. These are a 26 but fit SMALL and I’ve come to terms that these are just too small for me. I take 25 in regular bandits. These are 12.5” across the top and there is no stretch to the top band. My actual waist is 27 but I typically wear 25-26 depending on the brand. I would guess that this would be best suited to somebody who wears 24 to a small 25.
