One of a kind 2 in one Prom and Party Gown Dress

Black short dress is hidden under a two layered detatchable skirt. Top layer is black and the underside is à beautiful peacock colored sheer cover. Gorgeous. You can lift the top skirt to show as much of the underlay layer as one wishes. I added a blue belt around the waist to make it more regal. The party dress alone is fab u lous.
