One of a kind unique vintage tank top

Oh this is another personal favourite from my long-standing vintage collection. I. Good vintage collection with a few loose threads as shown. No size but fits like an XL. I cannot believe this pattern! Like cabbage leaves... or maybe brains. 😆 it’s so smart on! Has belt loops but no belt.
