tarafaria @ht2t2 hi! it's about 38 inches from the waist to the hem. It's multi-way/convertible dress so it can be tied to sit higher or lower on the waist. It can also be worn as a skirt if the straps are tied as a waist band.

tarafaria @ht2t2 no defects that I can see. The elastic in the waist is not loose or stretched out. It has a simple serger hem without signs of fraying. It's in overall good condition but has been worn twice.
