One strap formal dress

Brand is Joshua B Designs. Fell in love with this dress at a trunk show and had it altered to be a size 4-6. Very unique piece with a single straps that fans out across the back. Looks a bit like a separate top and skirt, but it is one piece. The top has a ruched draping, and a peplum style fit. Small amount of beading ad the shoulder. Bottom is slim fitting and slightly mermaid style. Worn once!
