For sale is a beautiful vintage 1990s black velvet feel sleeveless dress. bling buttons and a three strap open cut out upper back. Pleated in the front and darted in the back. The first few buttons do button up it just is to small for the mannequin. Measurements are in the photo section for you to view. I do offer combined shipping on all my items.
