One-of-a-Kind party dress- Size Small

Purchased this dress years ago from a local couture design house in Toronto called Shkank- as seen on the label/ brand on the dress. It was a one-of-a-kind creation designed and made in Canada. Never had the chance to wear it and its too small for me now. Size: Small Armpit to armpit: 13.5" (laying down flat) Armpit to hem: 20.5" (on the shorter side) One-shouldered with ruffles both on the one sleeve and at the hem. No material tag in it but it does have some stretch. Can be worn to a party, club or even as part of a halloween costume/dress up! The style reminds me of a sexy latin dancer....
