One-of-a-kind top

This is a one-of-a-kind top that is so special and unique. All made by hand by the designer, Rainbow Threads. It's got a bar maid, Victorian vibe that dresses up great for festivals. I had it brought in a bit to fit me, so there are some stitches that could be let back out if necessary. Almost flawless condition except for a tiny rust stain at the neckline, barely visible with the pattern. measurements laying flat pit-pit 17" waist 14" length 22" in the front, 26" in the back.
