Opaque White Quartz Triangle Faceted Teardrop Pendant Necklace Gold Chain

Necklace is approximately 18.5 inches long with a lobster clasp. Pendant is 13x13mm in a triangular pear/teardrop shape The color is white or off-white, depending on the lighting. It even takes on a green or grey hue depending on lighting but its a white opaque quartz to my eye. Unsigned, untested - I believe the chain is plated, not actual gold and handmade.
